Roller Skating is a high risk activity and all skater’s skate at their own risk.

Where are you?

We’re located in Unit 5, on the first floor of Great Northern Warehouse. Come in through the main entrance on Great Northern Square (between Almost Famous and Lane7), head up the escalator and you’ll find us at the top (to the right). Postcode M3 4EL.

How much is skating?

Its £12.50 peak / £10 off peak / £8.50 junior – per skater for a 60 minute session, including skates and protective equipment.

How do I book?

Hit the big BOOK NOW button at the top of the page. We’ve got space for 18 skaters every session.

Do I need to book in advance?

Definitely try and book in advance! We might have the occasional walk-in slot on some days, however, it’s much better to book ahead and guarantee the good times!

Do I need ID?

Please do bring some along, as we operate a Challenge 25 policy (meaning that if you look 25 or under we’ll ask for proof of age) so valid ID is required, if you’re lucky enough to look so young.

How long do we get?

Each session is 60 minutes long, but make sure to arrive 25-30 mins before in order to take stock, boot up and drink it in (maybe even grab a pre-skate cosmic cocktail).

Do you serve food?

Of course, we’re not going to send you off on a cruise through the cosmos on an empty stomach. We’ve got a bunch of space snacks available, catering for all meat eaters, veggies and vegans (and ETS obvs).

Is it suitable for beginners?

100% – Paradise Skate World welcomes beginners and casual skaters just looking for a good time, to the more passionate and experienced skaters, also looking for a good time. Basically, if you’re good people with good vibes looking for good times, you’re gonna love it here! 

Can we take our drinks on the rink?

Unfortunately not. Though our island bar & lounge is fully accessible after and during each session. Please skate and drink responsibly as alcohol can affect your balance.

Are children allowed?

So they don’t miss out on all the interplanetary fun we allow juniors (11+) in the venue on certain days and times. These are as follows: 

Tuesday – Thursday until 19:00 (last entry 17:40)
Sunday until 17:00 (Last entry 15:40)

Every 2 juniors must be accompanied by a fully grown human (18+). It’s mandatory for all juniors to wear safety equipment to help them keep safe.

Do I have to pay extra for skates?

Skates are included in the ticket price and we have plenty of sizes available.

What size skates do you have?

Skates are available between UK size 1-12, if you fall outside of those sizes you’ll need to bring skates with you.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, we have plenty of lockers on site to keep your belongings safe.

Do you provide protective equipment?

Yes, if you’d prefer to wear protective equipment just ask at the skate x-change and we’ll hook you up.

Can I bring my own skates?

You’re welcome to bring your own skates! We might need to check them to make sure they’re safe. 

Can I amend my booking?

Of course, please contact us at [email protected] with your ticket confirmation number and a preferred new time and date. Please note: we can’t make amendments less than 48 hours before your original booking date & time.

Can I get a refund?

We offer rebooking up to 48 hours before your original booking date & time. We may offer refunds at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible, so wheelchair users are more than welcome to come for food, drinks and to spectate. However, unfortunately due to the nature of the activity, they won’t be able to enter the rink.
